Recruiting Reach-Outs:

When inviting people to a LIVE overview, or to watch a replay...

  • Use your voice!  Voice clips will always be more successful than written messages that look like a copy/paste.
  • Always use their name.  It's validating.
  • After 10 messages, take a break, and go follow-up with older messages.
  • These scripts are a guide. They are not meant to be used word-for-word.  Sounds like yourself!
  • Be EXCITED!  People can feel your energy and it makes a huge difference. 
  • Be AUTHENTIC!  Your personality is perfect! 
  • Send the recorded overview with your 1st reach-out. Many won't ask you for it, but if you provide it, they will "secretly" watch it.  You can find that linked here:

Recruiting Reach-outs for people in your hot/ warm market (people that you know!)...............

Outlined below is the "cadence" of my recruiting reach-outs. I alternate between voice clips and written messages.  Yes, I reach out every other day.  The "magic" in this process is YOUR PERSISTENCE. The "magic" is in the CONVICTION that they hear in your voice.  The "magic" is in how YOU MAKE THEM FEEL when you chase them!   

The easiest way to be ignored (or not taken seriously) is to leave one message, and then drop them like a hot potato.  Or not check back for weeks. It leads them to believe that your message was a shot in dark, probably one of hundreds, and you are just seeing who "bites."

When you follow the process below, they will know you are serious and great results will follow.

 

Day 1:  First Reach out:  (Voice Clip. They NEED to hear your passion!)

Hey Maggie!   Hope you've had a great week.  This is a little "out of the blue," but I think you are going to like it. Long story short... I have something you need to look at.   About 4 months ago I partnered with a company in the wellness space called Tranont.  I did my homework. They have amazing products. But to be honest, that's not why I did it. I did it for the income. To be clear, I still have my day job.  Nothing is changing there. This is extra income for trips, tuition, house projects.. you know.... and to be honest, the plan is to earn as much here as I do in my day job, on a few hours a week! 

This brings me to you!   Maggie, you need to look at this. You are smart, polished, super engaging, you have a big network, everyone loves you... I could go on and on.   If you could get excited about Tranont, I think you'll be surprised by the income you'd generate.   So....I am dropping a video below with all the deets. What are the chances you can be open minded enough to take a peek at it?   There will no arm-twisting. Promise!

Okay...so if it feels like I am stalking you on this, I am!!!   Here's the deal.  I know how much you have going on in life and honestly, if I didn't know there was serious income here for you, I wouldn't be messaging you. I am not talking about a few hundred bucks.  I am talking 25, 50, 75K, on the side!   And it's only a few hours a week, so it's not compromising your life!  So..... Here is my proposal.  If nothing else than to humor me, can you PLEASE check us out?  If you watch it, and you are a thumbs up, great!!  We'll continue the convo. And if you are a thumbs down, we both move on.  No biggie. I'd just hate to see something amazing pass you by, simply because you didn't look at it.

I've reached out a few times over the last week, and haven't heard back from you, which is not like you.  Now you have me a little worried!   Sending good vibes and hoping you are well.    I'll circle back another time!

Recruiting Reach-outs for people in your cold market (people that you don't know!)...............

Because you don't know this group well enough to leverage your relationship, you will sound different.  Here is a "best practice cadence" for this group:

 

Day 1:  First Reach out:  (Voice Clip. They NEED to hear your passion!)

Hey Sarah!  I know we don't know each other I see that you're in ____ and, long story short, I wonder if you are keeping your income options open.   I'm expanding my business in the wellness space and would love for you to take a peek at it. It's a 100% on-line/ e-commerce model, and your social media presence is amazing. You have great energy and seem to have a lot of followers.  I am suggesting you further monetize it!!   I am dropping a video below with all the deets. What are the chances you can be open minded enough to take a peek at it?

"Before and After Pics" FB Posting Follow-Up. 

Another massive "lead pool" is the FB posting you are doing EVERY DAY which shows that your store is "open for business."  If you are not doing this daily, you are the equivalent of a brick & mortar store with the lights off and a "closed" sign on the door. People need to see the results that these products give, with their own eyes, to be compelled to purchase.

Here is your "best practice cadence" for results-driven product posts:

 

Day 1:  Post a Before and After that makes people "stop their scroll."

 

Day 2:  Go BACK to that post and look for heart, likes, or comments.   Get in the inbox of those people with this message:

"Hey John!  Thanks for showing my DHS post some love!  If you are using this products, I would LOVE to get a testimonial!  If you are not using it, OMG... it's time. LOL.  I'd love to help you get it ordered. Are you open to trying it?"

 

Day 3:  Same 

 

Day 4: Same 

 

Day 5:  Same 

 

Because people see our posts at different rates, you may have a new comment or engagement 5 days later!   Your best bet is to be looking back on all posts over the past 5 days! 

Consistency is key in this business, like ANY business.  No one would open a restaurant or coffee shop and then quit 4 weeks later!  You stay the course and build both exposure and visibility. The sales and growth will follow!
